About The Trainer:
Roza Laious is Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Certified Advanced Schema Therapist, Supervisor & Trainer (ISST). Her clinical and psychotherapeutic work includes schema-based psychoeducational groups for children and parents based on her PhD research program, individual psychotherapy for children/adolescents and adults.
Moreover she is scientific associate & trainer in the training program module CBT for children & adolescents, Department of Child and Adolescent Therapy of the Institute of Behavioral and Research Therapy, Athens.
Workshop description:
Schema Therapy has been proven to be an effective therapeutic model for a large range of psychopathology. There is a growing body of research indicating its effectiveness in children and adolescents. One of its crucial components and goals is the focus on the core emotional needs, their validation and fulfillment. Those needs are universal and of paramount importance for one’s mental health. The lack of fulfillment of those needs leads to the development of psychopathology and unhealthy life patterns. Especially, concerning children’s and adolescents’ mental health, the connection with their needs and the experience that they can ask for their fulfillment as well as the knowledge to whom they can turn to this, constitutes a key issue in Schema Therapy.
Throughout the workshop, therapists are being introduced to limited-reparenting in meeting the core emotional needs of children and adolescents and the way they can train parents in doing so as well. In addition, the core emotional needs will be presented experientially one-by-one, and the participants will have the opportunity to experience the fulfilling of those needs as therapists and the implementation of parent’s training. The workshop will be mostly experiential, adding some of the therapeutic elements which are unique and defining of Schema Therapy, that facilitate the clinical work with children and adolescents.

روزا لايوس هي معالج سلوكي معرفي معتمد ومعالج مخطط متقدم ومشرف ومدرب (ISST). يشمل عملها السريري والعلاج النفسي مجموعات نفسية تربوية للأطفال وأولياء الأمور بناءً على برنامج أبحاث الدكتوراه، والعلاج النفسي الفردي للأطفال / المراهقين والبالغين.
علاوة على ذلك، فهي زميلة علمية ومدربة في وحدة برنامج التدريب CBT للأطفال والمراهقين، قسم علاج الأطفال والمراهقين في معهد العلاج السلوكي والبحثي، أثينا.
وصف الورشة:
ثَبُت أن العلاج التخطيطي نموذج علاجي فعال لمجموعة كبيرة من الامراض النفسية. هناك مجموعة متزايدة من الأبحاث تشير إلى فعاليته في الأطفال والمراهقين. يُعد أحد مكوناته وأهدافه الأساسية التركيز على الاحتياجات العاطفية الأساسية، والتحقق من صحتها وتلبيتها. هذه الاحتياجات عالمية وذات أهمية قصوى للصحة العقلية للفرد. يؤدي عدم تلبية هذه الاحتياجات إلى تطور المرض النفسي وأنماط الحياة غير الصحية. وتحديدًا فيما يتعلق بالصحة العقلية للأطفال والمراهقين، فإن الارتباط باحتياجاتهم والخبرة التي يحتاجونها لتلبيتها بالإضافة إلى المعرفة التي يمكنهم اللجوء إليها هي أساس العلاج التخطيطي.
يتم تعريف المعالجين خلال ورشة العمل بالتعويض المحدود لتلبية الاحتياجات العاطفية الأساسية للأطفال والمراهقين والطريقة التي يمكنهم بها تدريب الآباء على القيام بذلك أيضًا. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتم تقديم الاحتياجات العاطفية الأساسية بشكل تجريبي واحدًا تلو الآخر، وستُتاح للمشاركين الفرصة لتجربة تلبية تلك الاحتياجات كمعالجين وتنفيذ تدريب الوالدين. ستكون ورشة العمل في الغالب تجريبية، مع إضافة بعض العناصر العلاجية الفريدة والمحددة للعلاج التخطيطي، والتي تسهل العمل السريري مع الأطفال والمراهقين.
